SEO Melon ("we", "our", "the app") provides Shopify SEO, AEO, metadata, schema, reporting, and related optimization tools. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must have authority to install apps and manage data for the Shopify store connected to SEO Melon. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any connected third-party accounts.
SEO Melon may analyze product data, store data, search performance data, and merchant-approved inputs to generate recommendations. Some features may draft or apply changes to Shopify product metadata, descriptions, schema, or related SEO fields when you approve those actions or configure automation.
If you connect Google Search Console, you authorize SEO Melon to access read-only Search Console data for properties you select. We use this data to report search performance, identify SEO opportunities, and generate merchant-facing recommendations. You may disconnect Google Search Console from the app at any time.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, generated text, metadata, schema, and automated settings before relying on them. SEO performance depends on many factors outside our control, including search engine behavior, store content, competition, technical implementation, and customer demand.
Paid plans, trials, and usage limits are billed through Shopify or another payment provider shown at purchase. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented before purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to refunds for prior billing periods unless required by law or stated in the applicable billing terms.
You agree not to misuse SEO Melon, interfere with the app's operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the app for unlawful activity, or submit content that infringes third-party rights.
SEO Melon integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Google, and AI infrastructure providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes made by third-party services.
We retain ownership of SEO Melon, including its software, design, workflows, models, prompts, and documentation. You retain ownership of your store data and merchant content. You grant us the rights needed to operate the app and provide the services you request.
SEO Melon is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic increases, sales results, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Melon and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
You may stop using SEO Melon at any time by uninstalling the app or canceling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the app in a way that could harm the service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
